A Medical Cryo Race is a unique group event with up to 50 participants and ensures a unique feeling of exhilaration and an unprecedented atmosphere. These extraordinary events are organized by the exclusive Medical Cryo Race Club and are reserved exclusively for members of the club.

A Medical Cryo Race lasts between 3 and 5 hours, depending on the race format

The Medical Cryo Races take place exclusively at licensed and certified locations such as Frankfurt, Cologne, Zurich and Klagenfurt.

The multi-cryo-power sessions ensure the release of adrenaline, endorphins and dopamine in the body. For us, this immediately means a better mood, motivation and pain relief and a unique feeling of exhilaration.

Anyone over the age of 16 can take part in a Medical Cryo Race.

Before a Medical Cryo Race, it is important to eat a full meal. We also ask our club members to bring sportswear with them. The procedure is explained in detail by one of our race instructors at the beginning.

By using the unique and highly complex MCRC software, the perfect cryo session times are determined for each club member. The MCRC Vital X integrated into the software records the vital data of the participants in real-time monitoring for a safer and incomparable experience.

The MCRC Vital X is a vital data measurement system specially developed for the Medical Cryo Race Club. With the MCRC Vital X, all vital data before, during and after a cold application can be recorded in real-time monitoring and determined in the MCRC software. Every participant in the Cryo-Races wears this highly precise measuring ring for the entire duration of the race. Thanks to real-time monitoring, all parameters such as application times and application breaks can be constantly recalculated and optimized during the entire race. The MCRC Vital X not only measures blood pressure and heart variability, but also the stress level and the oxygen saturation of the blood.
